Objectives

Instruct in the theorem of hydrological circulation factors of Earth, including Atmospheric, Oceanic and land surface water from Earth system point of view, and also be provided with wilder field and knowledge.

Teach students the skills to observe, analyze and model on the Earth circulation, and then to contribute the science knowledge on management of water resource, water and ocean environmental protection, prevention and cure of hydrological and tsunami disaster and coastal precaution.

Train talented person which are concerned about hydrological and oceanic environment to solve the derived problems from global and hydrological change.
